I like to describe myself as a Song Doula: you have conceived and gestated this beautiful song baby and now you’re ready to bring it into the world. I will help keep you comfortable in the delivery process, coach you on how to push it out as painlessly as possible, catch it, swaddle it and hand it back to you, ready to meet the world!
I have over two decades experience recording and producing music for myself, my friends, and my clients, and I’ve been on every side of the studio. I’m a songwriter and a vocalist, a student and a teacher, a producer, an engineer, an artist.
I’ve been where you are and I can get you to where you’re going: with professionaly recorded, mixed and mastered songs out on streaming for the world to hear!
Perhaps most importantly, I’m a coach. I can vocal coach you through recording a difficult line. I can help you write, edit and rewrite lyrics, cadences, melodies or harmonies. I will lend my highly trained ear to helping you arrange your song to be the most impactful it can be while staying true to your artistic vision. If you’re playing live instruments or bringing in session musicians I can coach them into getting the best possible takes. Whatever challenge arises in birthing your song into the world, I’m here and equipped to help.
